New for DECA Week is the addition of DECA Serve Day. This is a day during DECA Week, chosen by the chapter to concentrate its efforts on local or global community service projects. Imagine the impact of nearly 5000 DECA chapters all doing community service projects during the same week! Whether you are raising money for MDA, collecting food for a local food bank, sending Beanie Babies to children overseas or working on another service project, DECA Serve Day puts DECA at the forefront of the national effort to include community service as a part of all curriculums.
