• know at least two of DECA's goals
• know what the DECA logo (or emblem) is
• know what the DECA diamond stands for
• know the DECA web sites
• know when & where the conferences are held
• know at least one series event and one written or chapter event
• know what the college division of DECA is called
• know at least 4 of the available officer positions
• know at least one of the qualifications to becoming an officer
